The Tax Law II course (Tax Law special part) seeks that the students know and understand the most important aspects of the special part of tax law, that is, the main taxes that make up the Chilean tax system (Taxes Income, VAT, Territorial Tax, Stamp Tax and Inheritance, Assignments and Donations Tax).
