The course seeks to expose to the students the notions and particularities of the main legal businesses involved in commercial activity. In response to the needs of this activity, Commercial Law introduced modifications to the civil contractual figures as well as created special contracts that have become generally applicable. In this way, it is intended that students can understand the main differences between legal businesses that occur both in the civil and commercial fields, as well as special figures in the commercial field such as insurance and certain banking operations, which are for everyday use.
