The Tax Law I course is taught in the eighth semester of the degree and seeks that the students know and understand the most important aspects of the general part of Tax Law. The general part includes the conceptual precision of the tax and the study of the types or classes of taxes, their regulatory sources, the public bodies with powers to establish and collect them, the tax procedures and processes and the tax offenses and penalties.
