The course seeks to expose the students to the various legal forms that our legislation contemplates for the organization of the company. Such figures seek both to allow the entrepreneur to properly organize his business with separation from other personal activities, as well as to allow the organization of the business between several entrepreneurs or with contributions from third parties who do not participate directly in the management of the business. The above coupled with situations in which the applicable regulations require a certain legal organization for the development of a certain activity.
