– The administrative teaching and research unit of the Diego Portales University Law School, is made up of various disciplines with common and related interests, related to the legal and economic regulation of public or private businesses.
– Business Law, in our opinion, is an articulating field of different areas of legal and economic knowledge, whose common element is business, that is, the set of actions aimed at the conclusion and application of agreements, conventions, contracts or agreements in the fields of private or public companies, contracting with the State, labor, economic and commercial relations, international contracting, foreign trade, international arbitration, commercial relations between States and taxation.
