Column: Public Contracts and Covid-19

The effects of Covid-19 have been manifested beyond the purely sanitary: in Chile, as of February 2021, the unemployment rate reached 10.3% according to INE records. This opinion column aims to analyze the domestic effects that Covid-19 has had on the public procurement processes carried out during the pandemic.
